This young lady was challenged by overly retained baby teeth without replacements, in the anterior area. She had chronic gum swelling and wished to change her smile before her wedding day. It was with great pleasure that we were able to help her.

Full Posterior Reconstruction
This patient went through a Full Posterior Reconstruction (we restored all of her back teeth). She didn't like her anterior teeth and thought her smile was too "gummy". Besides restoring her front teeth, her case required "gum tissue remodeling". The end result made the effort worth her while.
This patient had a maxillary lateral incisor "twisted" and because of this condition he developed decay that went unnoticed for a long time. D.r Bandala diagnosed the condition and the tooth had to be treated with a "root canal" and a ceramic crown was created to restore the tooth and give it a beautiful natural look.

Direct Bonding on a Maxillary incisor. This was an eight year old, who was happy we restored it after she broke it.
This patient got to the point in life, where she had lost all of her upper teeth and she only had seven lower teeth. She hated her upper denture and was unable to chew. Clearly, she needed lots of help. She had a full reconstruction of the lower teeth and received a new upper denture. She is very happy and very functional.
